Wedding Management

Wedding Planning & Design

Wedding Management is for you if:
• You prefer to have the responsibility of planning your wedding day, but need a little bit of guidance with the specific details
• On your wedding day you do NOT want to deal with the logistics and details that are required.

What is it we do for you:
• You will have unlimited email access to Reytheda, our lead planner along with a wedding planning checklist to assist you along your planning journey.
• On your wedding day you will benefit from our extensive experience and be able to truly enjoy time with your friends and family. We will take care of all the details!

When should you book us for Wedding Management:
• I prefer that you book no longer than 12 months before your wedding and no less than 3 months before your wedding day

How does it work?
• This is your self-guided wedding planning journey. I provide you with a customized planning checklist to follow that will allow you to stay on schedule and complete all the required details for your wedding day. I only require that you include me on any email vendor correspondence leading up to the wedding day. Two months before your wedding day we will have a planning meeting with you and your fiancé to review all your plans and discuss any remaining/ outstanding decisions. I will use these details to create and distribute your customized wedding timeline to your venue and vendor partners. Lastly I, will conduct your rehearsal and execute all the details of your wedding day.
